    ADV Training Waiver

    The ADV Training waiver linked here, and additional Agritourism (Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code Chapter 75A) and location waivers will be completed on site, the day of training.

    Class time: 8 AM to 5 PM

    Class fee is: $400.00, payment due upon registration.

    Liability Release and Waiver upon entry to park.

    No camping/pets/4 wheelers.

    Scheduled Class Dates

    Stage I and II two day classes:

    New – October 12th

    To proceed to stage II, you are required to complete stage I.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel 3 weeks or more before your class, there is no charge to reschedule and tuition can be refunded at 100%.
    If you cancel 7 days or less before the scheduled class, no refund but you can reschedule.
    We understand things happen and we will try to work with you in those special circumstances.
    Once you have started the class there are no refunds.
    It is the policy of ADV Training to remain open during most periods of inclement weather; however, where extraordinary circumstances warrant, due to weather or other unforeseen business interruption, the company reserves the right to close the training facility.
